REUNION.

Some people think school days as the golden time of their lives, and few may not. But at the end of the day most of us really miss those days. We badly miss our friends and teachers. Not to forget the lunch breaks and sports hours (sadly most of the time engaged by science or mathematics teacher). The class room in which we had lectures, the table we sat on, the food court where we chit chatted, school building, the route in which we traveled daily and many more things are memorable.

At some or the other point of life we all think of meeting our old friends and teachers in our same old school. With everyone busy doing job or moving on with their lives, it is not so easy for someone to plan for a reunion. Somehow after many “can’ts” finally we mark a day for our reunion. In the end you always go back to the people who were in the beginning.

On the reunion day, talking to an old friend makes us realize how much our life has changed. Our heart fills with mixed emotions. Those days we didn’t realize that we were making sweet memories. But we just knew that we were enjoying the time. It feels like it was yesterday graduating high school. High school, place which changes people into the person they said they’d never imagined of becoming.

The old ones are always the best. Old friends, old tunes and old times. Few are lucky enough to meet their teachers and few are not. It is the time which can gift such opportunities. We chit chat and gossip again. We tease one another again. We stare at someone again. We search for our first crush. We click photos with our beloved ones. We recollect the memories connected with our class rooms, black board, benches, food court, school buiding and the road we walked on. We exchange our contact numbers and at the end we promise to meet again. At last it feels so hard to say goodbye and move on with the life. But as said by Paulo Coelho, remember

“If you’re brave enough to say a Goodbye, life will reward you with a new Hello”

Yours Lovingly,
