SPECIAL HUMAN STAGE

Don’t you people think we are at a special stage? What stage? Human stage. A stage where we can eat a wide variety of food, can entertain and be entertained, can swim, and can fly in the sky and the list goes on. Aren’t you feeling special? Look at our evolution from Australopithecus to humans today. We were around 1m in height with approximately 40 to 50 kg 3500000-2500000 years ago. Whereas today we are “Ladies and gentlemen.” (Please note: Ladies first irrespective of screwing and solving.) We all are in such a wonderful stage where we can talk. We can convey our emotions and feelings to others. Not only by making some specific sound patterns i.e. talking, but we can also convey through writing. Now observe carefully the beauty of these words made up of a few letters/alphabets along with few other words giving a sentence. Again sentences are arranged to form a paragraph. Many paragraphs are put together to get a chapter or a post. Chapters placed one after the other results in a complete book. Just think how long it would have taken to develop a skill called “WRITING” which did not exist before. This present stage of human is a result of 1000’s years of nomadic life.

We are in a stage of packed food from a stage where animals were hunted for food. It was not so easy as we unwrap a chocolate bar today. Many who went hunting were enjoyed by the animals as their food. Sometimes as their breakfast, sometimes as their lunch and most of the time as their dinner. (This was because they couldn’t themselves defence animals due to darkness and on the other hand, especially wild animals those days loved moonlight dinner as there were no candles for candlelight dinners.)

They struggled hours together to get some sparks to fire. Today it’s not at all a big deal. They were not at all aware of growing eatables i.e. agriculture. Whereas presently we are in a stage where we not only grow eatables but also fabrics and bamboos, wood, rubber and much more for our comforts, pleasure and luxury. They experimented with different shapes to transport. It took 100’s of years to come to a conclusion that a circle or the round shape is the best to use. Whereas today, there are tons of circles around us – UNNOTICED. No need to move, just roll your eyeballs towards your mobile selfie camera/computer web camera whose lens is circular. Aren’t they? From pen to the pendulum, cycle to space science you will be surprised about the concept of “CIRCLE.”

Basically from the leaf as clothes to torn jeans as a trend and roasting a piece of meat to cast a series of cookery shows we all are living. The question is “Are we doing kinds of stuff worth of this 100000’s years of our evolution?” According to me ‘n’ number of people are doing a great job worth this long process. But some people do injustices to this precious evolution. No matter what, we only live here for 80 to 100 years (if and only if things goes well). Let’s make this journey called ‘LIFE’ a memorable one, if not for us, at least for our upcoming generation. Let us not forget the fact that we have borrowed ‘Nature’ from them. So we must return to them in the same or if possible in a better condition. At this point of time, I would say “No doubt we have evolved physically as well as mentally and emotionally. But somewhere down the line, refining of the mindset of many should happen.”

As M.K.Gandiji says “Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.”

Yours lovingly,
